Converting Directly from the System/36
The flexibility of TARGET/400 allows you to convert your applications directly from the S/36, or alternatively from the S/36 environment on the AS/400. If converting straight from the S/36 simply save the libraries and files you wish to convert from the S/36 using the SAVELIBR and SAVE commands, the saved media is then used as input to the conversion aid.
